1. I’m worried I can’t attend all the classes. What should I do?

Join the Live class when you can. No worries. Attend the class replays that will be available for 48-hours after class.

 

2. I’m struggling with my budget. How can I make this work?

3.  I’m super tight and not flexible. Do you provide modifications?

Absolutely. Modifications are provided throughout class. Yoga is a practice not an aim for perfection. I strongly recommend bringing yoga props to class. I’ll send you a free Home Yoga Practice Guide to get started.

 

4. I prefer individual classes. Do you have a special rate?

My individual classes are on a sliding fee from $25-$50. Let’s set up a time that’s best for you.

5.  I’ve never done yoga before. Are beginners welcome?

Beginners are welcome and adored.

6.  Can my friend, family member, or colleague join?

The more the merrier! Accountability buddies are the best. Forward the link so they can sign up.

7. What is your refund policy?
